Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

80g peanut butter
120g golden syrup
80g puffed rice cereal
2 tubs Halo Top® Gooey Brownie, softened
9 pieces peanut butter cups, chopped

In celebration of the launch of Gooey Brownie, we have been working with London food fanatic Eloise Head AKA FitWaffle, who has created a series of exclusive recipes using Halo Top’s latest flavour – perfect to recreate at home!

Directions

Step 1

Allow Halo Top Gooey Brownie to stand at room temperature for 20 minutes to soften.

Step 2

Add the peanut butter and golden syrup to a large bowl, then mix together with a spoon until smooth.

Step 3

Add the puffed rice cereal to the bowl and mix them in with your hands until they’re completely covered.

Step 4

Spoon the mix into a 9” cake tin, pressing down firmly into the base of the tin and up around the edges with a wet spoon or base of a glass to form a crust.

Step 5

Pour 2 tubs of softened Halo Top® Gooey Brownie ice cream into the crust, smoothing it out so the top is flat.

Step 6

Sprinkle the chopped peanut butter cups onto the top.

Step 7

Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. Remove from the freezer and place in the fridge 30 minutes before serving.
