In celebration of the launch of Gooey Brownie, we have been working with London food fanatic Eloise Head AKA FitWaffle, who has created a series of exclusive recipes using Halo Top’s latest flavour – perfect to recreate at home!
Allow Halo Top Gooey Brownie to stand at room temperature (30-40mins) and stir until smooth.
Preheat the oven to 180C/160C(fan).
Pour the melted Halo Top ice cream into a large bowl.
Pour the cake mix into the bowl.
Whisk the these together until fully combined. There may still be a few small lumps.
Pour the mix into a lined baking tray, then smooth it out so the top is level.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature before removing from the tray.
Serve warm or cool with ice cream and chocolate sauce.
